1st and 2nd go on a trip to the emotion farm and come back a little older
On Wednesday, November 28, the 1st and 2nd grade Primary children went to La Granja.
The 2nd grade students did activities to work on autonomy. They went through different areas and had to make decisions.
They were able to go in to see and touch animals, always respecting them and with the advice of the emotional educators who accompanied them. They decided whether to follow the advice or not.
They encountered several challenges that they had to solve: choosing clothes to pack for the weekend trip to the mountains, making bows, and setting the table. The third challenge they encountered was finding the way out of a maze.
The 1st grade boys and girls did activities that taught them to overcome their fears and to become more courageous. They saw that with the help of their classmates, anything is possible and they also enjoyed visiting the farm animals.
Finally, the 1st and 2nd graders had lunch together and shared an appetizer and some play time.
A great day! But… they'll tell you better!
