4th year ESO students visit Colònia Vidal

Within the framework of the 19th century Cities Project, 4th ESO students visited the Colonia Vidal in Berguedà. We got to know the way of living and working in a textile colony. We were able to visit the factory, a house, the theater, the café… given that a person could be born and die within these social centers.

The guides, along with the explanations about the Colonia, have clarified terms that are so close to us as "doing laundry" or "living in a hat", which have been fully alive ever since.

We enjoyed a very intense day that we will continue with the work in the classroom.
