What are we looking for?
We want our students to freely choose their path and be prepared to face their future with autonomy and initiative. Our goal is for them to get to know themselves and develop their talent in order to achieve their best version.
How do we get it?
The accompaniment and individualized tutoring are essential to consolidate the growth of our students and prepare them for a higher quality education. For this reason, we have a tutorial action plan and a professional guidance program with meetings with professionals, stays in the company and talks about the world of work so that they can resolve doubts and choose future studies with all the information.
We help our students to develop a critical sense and we work so that they become autonomous, initiative, creative, innovative, socially engaged people with a healthy and healthy life. We work to ensure that our students are competent people, with values and that they deploy their talents to the maximum and we do this by accompanying them and guaranteeing an environment that ensures their emotional and social well-being. How do we work on the profile of the student in Baccalaureate?
At the school we have a student profile detailing all the areas we work with each student so that they develop all their talent and become a person of integrity and committed to their environment. This is how ours works student profile at the Baccalaureate stage:

We promote autonomy, initiative and freedom
Personalized itineraries and academic and professional guidance: We offer open itineraries adapted to the interests of each student, taking into account the academic and professional orientation that is given individually in personal tutoring and based on talks from the different universities (public and private), former students and active professionals. Students must take into account which subjects are most closely linked to the further studies they wish to take, whether university degree or CFGS.
Learning from each other: we promote teamwork and cooperative learning at certain times, learning from peers and from others. We carry out joint activities in which adults and children live together, help each other and create a bond that makes us one big family.
Routines and thinking skills: We encourage the culture of thinking, using routines and skills, and thus make the student's thinking visible.

Solidarity campaigns and activities
Solidarity: The students participate in solidarity campaigns and activities by engaging with those most in need in their environment and organizing school activities to collaborate with solidarity organizations outside the school.
Social action: In the 1st year of high school, the Social Action project, where students are brought into contact with the real problems and needs of our society. It is a project of service to others and awareness of the importance of everyone's involvement to build a better and more supportive world. Each student chooses, after a period of training, the reality where he will do the voluntary service in order to enhance his personal maturity through autonomy, personal initiative and a critical spirit.

We work on the spiritual part
Morning prayer: A space where students reflect and express what they feel and how they feel.
Catechesis and Preparation for Confirmation: the possibility of preparing for Confirmation by participating in Catechesis is offered. Coexistence and work camps are also organized during the summer.

We encourage creativity and innovation
Music School: Through the agreement with the Conservatory of the Liceu, students can study the four levels of the Elementary Degree at the same school. A musical study plan is offered with the possibility of obtaining official certifications.
Many projects that are worked on in the different subjects imply a great creativity and capacity for innovation on the part of the students who, based on a situation posed by the teaching staff, construct their own learning through different subject projects such as Psychology, Audiovisual Communication, Philosophy, Audiovisual Culture and the Economy.

We are a multilingual school
Multilingual school: We continue to encourage the development of linguistic and communicative competence in foreign languages in our students, in order to facilitate their academic and working future. For this reason, high school students partially take the subjects of Contemporary World History, Economics and Universal Literature in English. In addition, within the English subject, they have an exclusive weekly hour of conversation in small groups with native conversation assistants.
we offer external English certifications B2 level through Oxford University (Oxford Test of English) and interschool English competitions such as Fonix.
We facilitate summer courses abroad and the experience of studying a term or a year at boarding schools in England. We also offer the french as a second foreign language in the first year of high school, and the possibility of certifying it with DELF, B1 and B2 exams. We carry out an exchange project with a school in Normandy.
Dual Baccalaureate: The Dual Baccalaureate program is taught together with the organization Academica Corporation from the 3rd year of ESO and allows students to complete their Baccalaureate studies with a double Spanish and American qualification. At the same time, students develop autonomy and a sense of initiative, virtual learning is encouraged and access to further studies at North American universities is facilitated.

We are a sustainable school
More sustainable school: We are part of Barcelona Most Sustainable Schools Program to achieve a more environmentally friendly school. We practice the selective collection of waste, we participate in the School Mobile Green Point and we work on it Collserola project helping the conservation and preservation of the natural spaces we sponsor.

Excellence and support

Individual and group tutorial action. It constitutes a fundamental part of our educational work. It is a matter of closely following the individual learning process of each student and also their relationship and integration within the group. The tutor coordinates with the family with the aim of accompanying, preventing situations and getting the most out of each student.
Attention to diversity: The teaching team attends and evaluates taking into account the uniqueness of the students and their specific needs. The starting point and progress in learning is assessed both in the case of students with specific needs and students with high abilities.

Student participation: Students participate directly in the operation of the school through the class councils made up of class delegates, Pastoral, More Sustainable School, Coexistence. Everyone's involvement is essential to feel that we do school together. The student representative members in the School Council maintain communication with their colleagues.

We promote healthy and healthy living
The tutorial action is the frame of reference for working on topics that lead students to be aware of the importance of enjoying a healthy life. We work on topics such as drug use prevention and the consequences of alcohol and tobacco use. We also educate our students in the correct use of mobile phones and social networks.
