Milk, from the cow to consumption
This outing is related to the interdisciplinary project "Nutrition and Business" carried out by the subjects of Biology, Contemporary World Sciences and Business Economics I/Startups and has a double objective: with the visit to Mas La Coromina (ATO Farm) they were able to see how differentiated milk with quality and traceability is produced, while at La Fageda they delved into the process of making yogurt. A very important part has been the reflection on the corporate social responsibility of this Foundation.
At both Mas La Coromina and La Fageda they were able to take a guided tour of the facilities and taste the products while learning about their respective business strategies.
With this knowledge and experience, they will continue working on the project from the three subjects involved! We will keep you informed!
