Cyber-addiction Prevention Seminar

theScreen addiction is a serious problem which affects not only our children's sociability but also has an impact on their school performance.

The 20% of teenagers are addicted to the internet or social networks, an addiction that compromises their future, in fact, vamping (the distortion of rest due to technology) is already one of the main reasons for dropping out of school.

It is clear that we need new capabilities to face this challenge and we are aware of the difficulties (in terms of knowledge and techniques) that many of you face in managing the use of screens at home.

For all this, from the center's AMPA, we have organized an in-person seminar on  prevention of cyber-addictions for next Wednesday, June 5th at 7pm where attendees will learn to:

  • Up to 30 tools and strategies to avoid screen addiction
  • Manage to define usage time limits and defend them
  • Protect your children from harmful content
  • Tools against cyberbullying

The seminar, hosted by @cyberhealthy, is complemented by access to an online course with video tutorials to implement tools and strategies against cyber-addiction at home.

Now that summer is upon us, we want our sons and daughters' leisure hours to be oriented towards creative, constructive and positive tasks for their growth and for this to be compatible with a rational and playful use of technology.

We are waiting for you!!!
